I been offline for awhile, upgrading my computer. But I was online to watch Randy last Sunday. Here it is 5 days later and am finally commenting. I had to meditate a lot on what he had to say.
Either he is finally repenting on his past behaviors or this is another deception. Even a self deception is possible.
What he said and claims is that he is contacting folks who have been offended by him to apologize. He didn’t elaborate except that he wasn’t going to defend himself or expect or ask anything from those he contacts and that he was putting all the responsibility on himself. He was apologizing and not asking for forgiveness.
He went on to say that those who are offended have a biblical responsibility to go to those who have offended them and let them know. But he also said those who have offended others also have a biblical responsibility.

If this is genuine, then he must do more than apologize, he must make things right, if the offended person so desires. Unfortunately many do not and now continue in wallowing in hatred. But not all. I have discussed this before. Randy picks on such folks, and probably hopes many will not want any action from him except to leave them alone. But if we love our brothers and those who have the potential to be future victims of Randy we need to tell him, if he contacts us, what he must do to make things right. I am so tempted to write publicly what he needs to do to right the wrongs I have seen and experienced, but I won’t, because I believe he needs to actually contact me and make this effort himself, for his own benefit and healing. And yes I tried to contact the administration before I left Marshall to leave in good graces, but they were the nasty ones and refused.
This could be self delusion or an attempt to placate the public’s eye, but a true Biblical and Godly requirement needs more than a “sorry”, making himself or others believe he is ready to grow in God. But I cannot say one way or the other. It would be wrong to say I would know any man’s heart. No one can know another’s heart. We will have to wait and see.
I will stop these published articles on my blog and my website if he is genuine. And if he fulfills what is needed and required. But this will 1st be determined by contacting those I know he has wronged, to see what Randy did to try and fix the wrongs he did, as well as any actions by him or his administration.
One thing I believe is Randy still needs to be under the eye of other ministers for a season, if he does not step down. I am not qualified to make such assessments, especially without more detailed interaction with them, and study. Others are much more qualified than me in this.
But what would I do, if Randy actually fulfilled all righteousness with me, and those I know about, or gave it his all to do so? Besides changing the specific areas dealing with Randy and CiM on my website and blog, I am uncertain. Those things I have considered I am not willing to publish as I am not certain, nor would I want to publish such without action on Randy’s part.
